Healthcare Marketing: Ensure all creative work adheres to healthcare industry regulations and guidelines, communicate complex medical information in an accessible and engaging manner, and stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare marketing and integrate them into creative strategies. Vendor and Client Relations: Foster vendor relationships that uphold sustainable values, communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success, and continuously develop creative skills and leadership abilities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in senior creative roles, with expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite. Extensive creative project management experience, with exceptional leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills. Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of healthcare marketing and regulations. A commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility, with the ability to effectively manage teams, timelines, and budgets.
