About the Role We're seeking highly motivated and independent Customer Care Agents to join our team on a remote 4-day work week schedule. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to think outside the box will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate Schedule and Work Environment This role offers a unique schedule that allows for a great work-life balance. You'll work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, with flexibility in your schedule. The available shifts are: Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time You'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection, and we'll provide all the necessary equipment for you to succeed in this role. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of customer service software and technology Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
