Position Overview: Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate We're hiring an experienced Customer Care Associate to support our dynamic eCommerce brands. This is a remote Work from Home role, but you must reside near Carrollton, Texas, as in-person training and monthly meetings will be held at our office. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively. Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date. Who We're Looking For: We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with a passion for helping others and a drive to deliver exceptional results. If you have: At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role, ideally within eCommerce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with efficient multitasking abilities and technical aptitude. A self-motivated and independent approach, with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries. A performance-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates. Quick and effective problem-solving abilities, with a positive and solution-focused approach. A minimum high school diploma and the ability to type at least 40 wpm. Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for candidates with: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, we prefer candidates with: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
