Job Overview and Responsibilities We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our 24/7 operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Working with aviation experts to utilize data and solve operational business challenges Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction Assisting in the development of applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the frontline team Researching and developing strategies to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and enhance payload forecasting Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders Teams You Could Be Assigned To As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you could be assigned to one of the following teams: Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategy, tools, and sustainability policy for $14 billion in annual stream fuel consumed by the airline Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US Ability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule Enrolled with an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings Commitment to safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority Embracing diversity, thinking, and styles Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning History of seeking leadership positions, including student and community associations Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's customers Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
