About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. You will be working a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it. Key Responsibilities Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, resolve issues, and promote our services. Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach to your work. Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible outcomes. Provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers, working in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality. Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of our services and policies. Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we are maximizing our relationship with them and providing a positive experience that will keep them coming back to blithequark. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology and customer service. Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to navigate multiple systems and applications while providing exceptional customer service. The ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test, ensuring that you are able to work in a safe and healthy environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and conflict resolution. Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and patient needs. Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
