To be considered for this role, you must: * **Possess Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. * **Be Available to Work Various Shifts**: Be flexible and willing to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * **Handle Heavy Incoming Call Volume**: Manage high call volumes with ease, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional service. * **Be Proficient in Windows Operating Systems**: Have experience using Windows operating systems and be comfortable with our technology platforms. * **Type 25 WPM**: Meet our typing speed requirements, ensuring that you can efficiently and accurately respond to customer inquiries. * **Be Over 18 Years of Age**: Meet our minimum age requirement and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Have Predictable and Reliable Attendance**: Demonstrate a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality, ensuring that you are available to work your scheduled shifts. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * **6-12 Months of Customer Service Experience**: Possess relevant experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. * **Consistent Work History**: Demonstrate a stable work history, with a minimum of 6 months of continuous employment. * **Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide clear, concise responses. * **Some Technical Background**: Have a basic understanding of technical concepts and be comfortable with our technology platforms. **Work from Home Requirements** As a remote worker, you will be responsible for: * **Providing a Personal Device**: Ensure that you have a reliable desktop, laptop, or tablet with Windows 10 or later, a wired Ethernet LAN connection, and a minimum of 4GB RAM. * **Internet Connection Requirements**: Meet our minimum internet speed requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
