Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Analyzing, validating, and responding to client queries, issues, or requests in a timely and accurate manner via email, ticket system, phone, and virtual meetings. Escalating issues to higher levels of support as needed, as well as setting customer expectations for follow-up and resolution. Collaborating with multiple teams to resolve customer-reported issues and providing timely updates on progress. Pivoting between supporting customers utilizing multiple platforms and documenting support articles to further self-service collateral for customers. Serving as the face of blithequark to our customers, treating them with patience, empathy, and empowering them to resolve problems themselves. Becoming a specialist for blithequark's suite of products and staying up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong customer service acumen demonstrated in an IT solutions environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients. Strong analytical skills, with a talent for problem-solving and attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner. Basic understanding of SQL databases and experience working with technical software applications. Proven ability to handle defined periods of stress with professional poise and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing with teammates, management, developers, and clients. Demonstrated ability to drive challenging technical problems to resolution while keeping clients and staff up-to-date on progress along the way. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple clients and open issues simultaneously. Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company. Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with ticketing systems and other technical tools. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are considered a plus: 3+ years of experience providing functional support for software applications, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles. Experience in government functions such as federal acquisition, contract lifecycle management, and/or financial management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree, with a focus on computer science, information technology, or a related field.
