About the Role In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a customer care representative, you will thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour, with a base pay ranging from $31,200/year to $53,600/year, depending on the geographic market and your level of experience. Responsibilities Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online. Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping. Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international concerns. Requirements BASIC REQUIREMENTS A high school diploma or equivalent, and two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries. Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, and to listen to and interpret customer needs. Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings, and experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service. A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer. Preferred Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
