Your Impact at blithequark As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, managing a high volume of conversations across phone, chat, and email. Your exceptional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and in-depth product knowledge will enable you to resolve complex issues with empathy and precision. You will evaluate customer needs, assess risks, and recommend tailored solutions that improve workflows and product adoption, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage a dynamic workload of approximately 14+ conversations daily, consistently meeting key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Total Resolution Time (TRT), and First Contact Resolution (FCR). Utilize your advanced troubleshooting and product knowledge to resolve complex issues, escalating appropriately while maintaining ownership and driving resolution. Contribute to internal knowledge and continuously develop your expertise in blithequark products and the property management industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable you to deliver exceptional customer support. The following requirements are essential: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role, with a background in SaaS, property management, or technical support. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and driving customer satisfaction. Ability to analyze information, synthesize feedback, and deliver tailored solutions in real-time, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on de-escalation, active listening, and influence. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple tools, such as Intercom, Zoom, and Customer Relationship Management Software (CRMs), with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands. Familiarity with property management workflows and accounting systems, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges. A self-directed, adaptable mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to continuous learning, with a focus on driving results and achieving team goals.
