Job Description Summary In this critical role, you will provide service and support to our customer base, whether it be established, new, internal, or external customers. You will handle routine customer service inquiries, as well as escalation calls, related to mechanical service calls and general customer service inquiries via various communication channels. As a company ambassador, you will be on the front lines of providing our customers with the highest quality service, and your contributions will be essential in supporting blithequark's goals. Key Responsibilities Act as a company ambassador through accurately diagnosing service issues to deliver high-quality service via multiple customer contact channels. Provide equipment service and general customer support through successful resolution, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. Accurately capture the voice of our customers to drive first-call resolution across functions, utilizing effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Research account call history and use applicable resources/tools to problem-solve and make appropriate decisions to meet customer needs and resolve issues. Escalate customer issues within established guidelines to ensure timely resolution, and actively participate and contribute to engagement and team-building activities. Assist with projects per business needs, and access multiple system applications simultaneously to effectively service customers. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience with great communication and people skills. Microsoft Office experience required, with CRM experience preferred but not required. High-speed internet and the ability to connect via hardwire. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Skills and Competencies Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
