As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls, as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer service experience. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor arenaflex programs and services to meet their requirements * Utilize fact-finding sales methods to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base * Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and closure of all customer account information * Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, following our customer complaint resolution policy * Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong organizational skills, with experience in typing and data entry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with colleagues and customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience in the propane or energy industry * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
