About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our clients, providing exceptional support and service to our Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge. You'll work as part of a tight-knit team to invigorate our clients and deliver on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge, providing a personalized and memorable experience. Act as a brand ambassador, representing blithequark and upholding our values and standards. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless delivery of client services, including travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of our Card Members. Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel advice and limited booking assistance. Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members. Take ownership of the client experience from start to finish, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and innovative manner. Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of recent experience serving premium clients in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience. Passion for delivering exceptional client service and proactive solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to charm clients with every interaction. Ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction. Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks. Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms and adapting to new systems.
