Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Characterize the current state of workflow systems, profiling complex systems, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for growth. Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and trends, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. Work closely with partner teams to translate insights into tangible wins, driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics. Iterate on dashboard design, gathering feedback from stakeholders and refining end products to meet evolving business needs. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst. Solid working knowledge of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive). Ability to turn research into perception, developing key metrics, recommending policy changes, and providing action plans to all levels of leadership. Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in creating interactive and informative dashboards. Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation. B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery. Experience in Software Development, including data build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the delivery of code. Product Ownership experience, with a proven track record of driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics. Project management skills, with the ability to plan and drive efforts across associate teams towards a unified goal.
