You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in a client-facing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our American Express Card Members, helping them to navigate their local needs and extend their relationship with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome American Express Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport. * Provide exceptional service to Card Members, addressing their needs and expectations in a timely and professional manner. * Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing personalized solutions and recommendations. * Provide travel counseling and make reservations on behalf of Card Members. * Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of Card Members. * Develop and maintain relationships with Card Members, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience. * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, providing Card Members with expert advice and guidance. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives. **Capabilities** * A minimum of 1-year recent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment. * Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience. * Proven ability to adjust to client needs with proactive solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Ability to listen to client needs and provide personalized solutions, resulting in high client satisfaction. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing client needs and expectations. * Proficiency in using web-based technology to provide assistance in a client-facing environment. * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, maintaining a positive attitude and outlook. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 per hour. * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on customer experience and innovation. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
