As a key member of our customer service team, you will interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications * Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education * Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, while resolving patients' questions on the first call **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Knowledge of generic medications and therapy changes * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
