Job Summary The Customer Experience Representative III position is an exciting opportunity to join our remote customer support team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of arenaflex members and providers. As a seasoned customer service professional, you will provide top-notch support, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to enhance our member and provider experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous quality improvements, ensuring seamless engagement, and promoting retention. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to members and providers through various contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work, across multiple states and products. Handle escalated calls on behalf of management, demonstrating expertise and composure in high-pressure situations. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution, and maintaining accurate documentation of all member and provider interactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Work regularly scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed, to ensure seamless support and meet business requirements. Demonstrate a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, providing expert guidance and support to members and providers. Conduct initial research, gather information, and critically evaluate options to develop effective solutions, escalating issues as necessary. Proactively engage with other departments, sharing knowledge, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and excellence. Assist with training and development initiatives, mentoring new hires, and contributing to the growth and success of the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Broker/Healthcare insurance licensure or relevant certifications. Experience working with CVS Caremark, Availity, and other systems utilized by arenaflex. Proficiency in multiple lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and MMP.
