Experienced Customer Experience Representative – Mom and Baby Division – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

The Opportunity As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a comprehensive support system. Your primary focus will be on working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for meeting metrics surrounding four key pillars: customer service, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage. Key Responsibilities Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery Interface with existing customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support and recommendations Presentation of arenaflex's services and products, highlighting the benefits and value we offer to our customers Handle inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales and providing exceptional customer service Contact patients through outbound phone calls and emails, building relationships and providing support Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively Communicate with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, ensuring they receive the best possible support Prompt follow-up for services promised or rendered, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity Documentation processing, including verification of insurance, order entry, and data maintenance Other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred Microsoft Office computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service 1+ years of multiple phone line experience, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on customers' lives Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a high-stress environment, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Proven work history illustrating stability and reliability, with a strong track record of attendance and punctuality Sensitivity to patient care issues, with a strong understanding of the importance of empathy and compassion in customer service Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality, with a strong understanding of the importance of data privacy and security Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Self-disciplined, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and research, and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
