About the Role: Customer Onboarding Strategist In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and developing trusted relationships with clients, helping them achieve their business goals, and contributing to the team's performance. You will create and craft pitches tailored to clients' performance goals, work towards mutual business goals, and find innovative ways to improve client relationships. Your ability to analyze data, produce actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations will be essential in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, helping them achieve business goals and contributing to the team's performance Create and craft pitches tailored to clients' performance goals, working towards mutual business goals Find and implement creative ways to improve client relationships, sharing performance-enhanced suggestions and promoting arenaflex products Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, delivering data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers Execute business strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams, communicating with customers proactively via phone and email Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The minimum qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate with clients in this region Preferred qualifications include: Experience managing and customizing experiences for a customer base Experience in new business sales and business analysis Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing) Ability to take initiative, lead, motivate, and work well with others Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, and ideas on improving internal processes Career Growth and Development: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
