Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, and collecting past-due balances in a professional and respectful manner. Utilize resource documentation, automated tools, and training materials to deliver exceptional customer service and stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and processes. Meet department productivity and quality standards, consistently striving to improve performance and contribute to the success of the team. Approach each customer interaction with a positive and proactive mindset, treating each customer with respect and dignity. Complete training requirements and ongoing education to develop new skills, grow knowledge of systems, and enhance proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with the requirements of the position. These include: High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously, with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
