Job Overview The Customer Service Advisor role at arenaflex is a critical position that interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending on client requirements. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding our clients' products or services. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures Maintain basic knowledge of arenaflex products and/or services Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Offer additional products and/or services Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. You should be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, and demonstrate strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
