As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our external stakeholders, troubleshooting meal deliveries nationwide, and building strong relationships with our client and vendor partners. Key Responsibilities Utilize a range of communication channels, including phone, SMS, internal messaging, and a CRM platform, to provide exceptional support for external stakeholders Monitor and troubleshoot meal deliveries nationwide, understanding complex situations and finding creative solutions to ensure timely and accurate delivery Triage inbound requests from client and vendor partners, directing information to the appropriate internal stakeholder to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve performance metrics, including timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of strategies to drive continuous improvement Support our Client Success, Sales, and Vendor teams in building strong relationships with clients and vendors, responding to requests with empathy and de-escalation skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, you'll need: At least 1+ year of proven performance in a customer-facing environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams Comfort and proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Demonstrated real-time problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced and dynamic environments A consistent record of achieving individual and team metrics, with a strong focus on driving results and continuous improvement Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in complex and dynamic environments A strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
