**Experienced Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Ground Handling**

With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, arenaflex is a great place to grow your career and make a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, baggage, and mail to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority.
