Your key responsibilities will include: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Managing freight operations, including tracking, scheduling, and coordinating shipments Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service Working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet operational requirements Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
