We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Analytics professional to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. As a Senior Advanced Analytics expert at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in analyzing large data sets, identifying causal relationships, explaining trends, and predicting future outcomes of key business drivers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including: Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and developing predictive models to forecast future outcomes Conducting project site selection, optimization, and rationalization, including churn analysis, customer behavior, segmentation, and sales analysis Developing and maintaining advanced data analytics, marketing analytics, statistics, business intelligence, pricing, and financial models to support strategic decision-making Utilizing SQL server, Alteryx, and other tools to access, query, clean, and merge multiple large data sets, including billing, usage, geospatial, and demographic data Applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis such as ANOVA, F-Test, T-test, Cross-Validation, and experiment design Designing, maintaining, and updating interactive online dashboards to provide actionable insights and support business stakeholders Creating and deploying predictive models, including geographic location-based models, and utilizing relevant tools for wrangling geospatial data, such as Alteryx and FME Utilizing programming languages, including R and Python, with add-on packages, such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn, to automate data extract, transform, and load processes Conducting end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations to provide insight on data and research activities Assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques, and providing recommendations for improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Analytics or Computer Science At least 2 years of experience in a related occupation, utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms, and working on data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau Statistical Business Analysis and Advanced Programming certificates Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and support business stakeholders Strong programming skills, including R and Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the wireless and telecommunications industry Knowledge of relational databases and experience with ad hoc SQL query development Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis such as ANOVA, F-Test, T-test, Cross-Validation, and experiment design Experience with programming languages, including R and Python, with add-on packages, such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and support business stakeholders Strong programming skills, including R and Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
