Job Overview This full-time position is based out of our office in Oklahoma, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Customer Service/Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing information and support regarding blithequark.com, resolving online issues, and assisting with website navigation. Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general blithequark.com/product questions and investigating complex situations related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries. Offer compensation and resolutions as needed, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience. Act as a liaison between blithequark.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating your ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using computer programs and technology, including the ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute and navigate multiple screens simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to meeting the needs of our members. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support. The ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your resilience and ability to thrive in challenging situations. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. Bilingual capabilities, which will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse member base. A certification in ecommerce customer service or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
