About the Role: Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, explaining products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention and sales growth Explain products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and offerings Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable Essential Qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center experience) is beneficial High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing environments Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based applications and software Flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
