Essential Qualifications Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Active license to sell P&C insurance. High school diploma or GED. Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and phone systems.
