Key Responsibilities Actively seek out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance, using your product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and recommendations Learn about products using our tools and resources, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry Provide information to customers to sell an entire project, working closely with them to understand their requirements and preferences Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, ensuring that you meet their needs and exceed their expectations Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring that they are clean, shop-able, and safe for customers and colleagues Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve shared goals and objectives Follow all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training and immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions or reporting them to the Manager on Duty Department Overview Our store departments are diverse and dynamic, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers.
