**Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Air Travel and Cargo Operations**

If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer care, have a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to: * Collaborate with clients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner * Advance and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders * Provide assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance * Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments * Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times * Offer support to distressed travelers and clients * Safeguard company property and revenue * Ensure safe travel * Utilize your skills and expertise to perform various job-related tasks * Demonstrate self-motivation and require minimal supervision * Respond and assist during security and crisis situations * Follow internal/external policies and procedures * May be required to drive and work air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Be accountable for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other team members * Perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication, as well as Tower capabilities **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree * The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas * A valid, substantial driver's license as required by local authorities * The ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * The ability to obtain suitable airport power and/or US Customs security identifications, if necessary * The ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays * The ability to respond to work on an as-needed basis **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical benefits: On the first day of employment, you'll have access to your health, dental, vision, and prescription benefits.
