Job Overview The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with clients in a respectful, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing support to passengers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities Advances and sells air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders Furnishes assistance with passenger check-in and freight acceptance Interprets government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or freight shipments Meets and dispatches aircraft within established times Provides assistance to disrupted passengers and customers Safeguards company property and revenue Ensures safe travel Has the physical ability and dexterity to use coordinated skills to perform various job-related tasks Utilizes organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time frame Is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision Responds and assists during security and emergency situations Follows internal/external policies and procedures May be required to drive and operate air stairs to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control functions including air to ground communication along with Peak functions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and excellent communication skills. You should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, and bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations. A valid driver's license is also necessary, and you should be able to satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access honors to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of air travel regulations and procedures Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should be self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
