This role requires excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of the paramedical process, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have the opportunity to act as a mentor to your teammates, provide training and support, and contribute to special projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Interviews: Conduct interviews with clients applying for insurance, obtaining health history and personal information, and promoting professionalism and confidentiality agreements. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, supporting the mission statement to develop, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts. * Training & Development: Attend and participate in development programs, maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills. * Cross-training: Cross-train to other positions as directed and provide training to teammates on new tasks and processes. * Professional Image: Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times while representing arenaflex. * Goals & Objectives: Set goals and objectives for professional growth, review and revise these on an ongoing basis, and provide input and support to management and practice decisions. **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent * Good organizational skills * Effective communication skills * Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of customer service experience * Knowledge of medical terminology **Working Conditions** * Part-time position, 25-29 hours per week * Ability to sit for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 10 lbs * Utilize computer, monitor, and keyboard for assigned shift **Remote Requirements** * Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or newer * Second monitor required prior to starting this position * High-speed internet capable of being wired (cannot use Wi-Fi for this position) * Headset * Office or quiet place in home to work **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting remote opportunity.
