We're a human-led, tech-empowered organization that's committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and reimagining the future of retail. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to create scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Contribute** * A strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve * A commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and maintaining the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
