As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and responding to customer inquiries via all channels. This is a hybrid position, offering the perfect blend of onsite and remote work, with 3 days spent onsite and 2 days working remotely. Job Overview In this role, you will work directly with customers and sales professionals as a main source for products, services, and problem resolution. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners, communicating with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and seeking assistance from team members when necessary. Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers and sales professionals to provide product and service information, resolve problems, and address customer concerns Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners in a timely and professional manner Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements Seek assistance from team members when necessary, and collaborate with field representatives and managers to resolve complex customer issues Recommend solutions for customers independently, as well as with the support of field representatives or managers Complete basic item look-up/sourcing and order placement independently, or with assistance from the Field Sourcing team Enter orders and follow up on order status, managing and tracking all back orders and open orders to ensure timely delivery Request credits and enter returns in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies Maintain delivery status and order source tracking to ensure successful and on-time delivery, and provide updates to customers as necessary Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, including a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor. You should have a strong background in customer service, with experience handling phone and email inquiries. Additionally, you should have: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Intermediate-level skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus, although not required Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work The ability to recognize and resolve basic issues independently, or with assistance from peers and supervisors A consistently high level of motivation and sense of urgency, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
