Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or chat support environment. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
