**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Experiences for arenaflex Customers**

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers, and we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Greeting customers over the phone or in person in a warm and friendly manner * Acting as the company gatekeeper and fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to improve retention rates * Fielding incoming phone calls and responding to messages from customers * Promptly responding to questions submitted by customers and answering customer questions to resolve any issues * Performing general CSR functions, including receiving inquiries, pricing quotations requests, entering and/or modifying customer orders, and acknowledging purchase orders received from customers * Maintaining incoming and outgoing CSR calls and emails with present customers, prospective customers, and arenaflex sales agents as required * Following up and maintaining customer inquiries on arenaflex's Duravar UHMW Products, including keeping records of prospective customer's names, product usage requirements, material quoted, date of contact, etc. * Following up on sales leads and pricing quotations generated through customer inquiries * Assisting in general office tasks, such as typing correspondence and quotations, filing, performing order entry and invoicing functions, and maintaining phone and fax lines as needed **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role * The ability to foster and maintain customer relationships * Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations * Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition, strong phone contact handling skills, and active listening * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong phone contact handling skills * A positive and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner * The ability to be a quick thinker and problem solver in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
