As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative, product, and customer service support to our schools, students, and company staff. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and providing them with exceptional service. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Answering customer service department phone lines in a timely and professional manner, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. * Performing data entry into company software programs to assist customers in placing orders and tracking their progress. * Completing filing tasks to maintain accurate records of customer orders and ensure efficient order processing. * Placing customer orders that are called in over the phone, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. * Performing other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager, including special projects and initiatives. **Skills and Qualifications** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. * Experience with Windows-based software, including Word and Excel. * Experience in handling a large call volume in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
