About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our amazing team of strong, passionate, and dedicated professionals. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging directly with our customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide outstanding care and wellness services, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and following up as needed to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Go above and beyond to wow our customers, thinking critically to provide personalized solutions and support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multi-task and think critically, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of pet health and wellness, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to pet parents Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to empowering our team members to build, grow, and unleash their full potential.
