Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional telephone assistance to arenaflex Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding experience to every caller, every time. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs Provide accurate and timely information to members and providers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (note: Wi-Fi is not permitted) Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member and provider issues, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers, both orally and in written form Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results Ability to work from home and demonstrate self-sufficiency, with a reliable and secure internet connection Must commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working remotely in a call center setting Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the well-being and career growth of our team members.
