You'll be the first point of contact for many of our members, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and empowering them to achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, and you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with members via phone, email, and chat, providing care and empathy in every interaction * Listen to members' concerns, providing solutions and guidance to meet their unique needs * Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices, and to achieve common goals * Accurately notate customers' accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services **What You'll Bring** * Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience (call center or retail) * High school diploma or equivalent * Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 8pm * People-focused approach and solution mindset * Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls * Strong communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with members **Additional Information** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that supports your well-being and career growth.
