The Role: Email/Chat/Phone Specialist (Nights and Weekends) In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with hundreds of customers who share your passion for live events. You'll provide proactive, friendly, and high-quality service, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and positive. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for answering questions, troubleshooting technical concerns, and utilizing internal and external technology to manage order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat Answer questions about purchases, active orders, inventory, and upcoming events Support customers proactively, providing personalized solutions to their queries and concerns Utilize internal and external technology to manage order fulfillment, ensuring seamless customer experiences Contribute to a positive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to drive growth and excellence Create memorable experiences for customers, fostering a sense of community and shared passion for live events How You'll Contribute to arenaflex's Success As an Email/Chat/Phone Specialist (Nights and Weekends), you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience at arenaflex. Your dedication to providing exceptional service will not only delight our customers but also contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team that thrives on making connections with customers, troubleshooting technical concerns, and driving business objectives forward. Role Expectations: 30, 90, and 180 Days As you grow and develop in your role, here's what you can expect: 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gain resources for success, learn about ticket marketplaces, and acclimate to team and company norms 90 days in: Perform core responsibilities comfortably, maintain internal and external relationships, contribute to business goals, and understand service level expectations and KPIs 180 days in: Apply methods to execute individual tasks, participate in continued learning, handle front-line customer escalations, and contribute to extracurricular projects that drive organizational success What You'll Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, and live chat A team player mentality and drive to contribute to culture and growth A sense of curiosity and keenness to improve upon your work A passion for live events (sports, concerts, or theatre) A flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software (a plus) Schedule and Compensation We offer a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, as well as a competitive compensation package: $40,000 base salary with bi-annual bonuses and equity Fully paid training Flexible schedule: 1:30pm-10:00pm (Thursday/Friday off or Monday/Tuesday off) Benefits and Perks At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth: Competitive compensation and bonus incentives Equity for all employees FLEX PTO and mental health days Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K matching Monthly credits and discounts for attending live events Hybrid working model and a variety of additional workplace perks Join the arenaflex Team: Apply Now!
