Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative to join our team. As an FNOL Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These claims are crucial in reporting damage to our clients' property, and your role will play a significant part in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL, providing exceptional customer service and support. Communicate effectively with customers, entering data accurately into our customized database, and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and precise. Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable, following established protocols and procedures. Provide outstanding service to customer representatives, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Analyze photos and map the correct location, using your analytical skills to determine the extent of the damage and provide accurate information to our clients. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute, error-free, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer inquiries. Excellent reading skills, with the ability to read and follow a script, and analyze and interpret photos to determine damage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches, with experience in Microsoft Teams being a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience required.
