While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, you will have the opportunity to choose your own schedule and work at times that are most convenient for you. **Earnings & Revenue:** As an independent contractor at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. In addition to your hourly earnings, you may also be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. **Required Skills for Successful Contractors:** To be successful as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology & Equipment Requirements:** As an independent contractor at arenaflex, you will be required to have the following technology and equipment: * A quiet and secure work environment during working hours * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity * A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app * A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS) **Work Environment Requirements:** As an independent contractor at arenaflex, you will be required to have a quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area. **Contractual Relationship:** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
