As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador, delivering exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their interactions with our company are nothing short of outstanding. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each customer interaction is handled with respect, empathy, and patience. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to address their concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and continuous improvement of our services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company policies to provide informed support and guidance to our customers. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period, which will take place from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, is approximately two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a New York State resident. Additionally, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices. Certifications in customer service or related fields, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
