Identify areas of inefficiency in workflows and suggest innovative solutions, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our customer service operations and applicant experience. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: At least 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, adapting to our dynamic environment with ease. A strong ability to work well with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and respect in all interactions. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, although flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
