Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from applicants, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Providing technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications successfully. Navigating our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring timely and accurate support. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs. Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to empathize with applicants, understanding their needs and providing personalized support. Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about all blithequark application programs to provide exceptional applicant support and identify areas for improvement. Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our customer service experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, ensuring you can adapt to our dynamic environment. A strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, promoting diversity and inclusivity. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation, and adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities. Ability to work with a high volume of activity, including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining attention to detail and organization. U.S. work authorization, ensuring you can work legally in the United States. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingual abilities, particularly in English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish, allowing you to support a diverse range of applicants. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, although we are open to discussing flexible scheduling options.
