Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing Medicare contracts, managing appointments, and verifying certification for external producers/agents. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our services are delivered with empathy and compassion, reflecting the heart of our brand. This position may also involve supplementing the background check review and documentation process as needed. Key Responsibilities: Data entry and processing of Medicare contracts with precision and accuracy. Managing appointments and verifying certification for external producers/agents to ensure eligibility to market Medicare plans. Providing exceptional customer service in a transaction-based environment, demonstrating empathy and compassion in every interaction. Supplementing the background check review and documentation process as required, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience in a production environment, with a proven track record of meeting productivity and quality standards. Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating the ability to be empathetic and compassionate. High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience, with the ability to understand and follow complex instructions. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and another language. Experience working with Medicare contracts and appointments, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines. Previous experience in a role requiring data entry and processing, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
