Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to Medicare services Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a patient-centric approach Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide accurate responses Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar and professional language Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
