We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity, working from the comfort of your own home and contributing to the success of our national campaigns. Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses related to shareholder communications. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and helpful information to investors, addressing their concerns and directing them to the appropriate resources. You will be working on a contested proxy meeting, where one side has expressed dissatisfaction with the current management and is seeking to replace them. Your task will be to communicate the message that the information received from the opposing side is not accurate and that our clients have the best interests of the investors in mind. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email responses, in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and helpful information to investors, addressing their concerns and directing them to the appropriate resources Communicate the message that the information received from the opposing side is not accurate and that our clients have the best interests of the investors in mind Direct investors to the appropriate resources for voting and other relevant information Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all interactions with investors are handled efficiently and effectively Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 6 months or more of customer service, data entry, or related experience Good speaking voice and ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of the financial services industry and shareholder communications Experience with dual monitors and ability to navigate multiple screens Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Equipment Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment: MacBook (with current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) - No Lenex, Chrome, etc. USB headsets (no wireless) Dual monitors (beneficial but not required) Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload Ability to come off mute when called on, materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication skills : ability to communicate clearly and effectively with investors, both verbally and in writing Strong customer service skills : ability to provide professional and courteous support to investors, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment : ability to handle multiple calls and interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : ability to analyze complex information and provide accurate and helpful responses to investors Ability to work independently : ability to work from home with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
