About the Role We're seeking a confident, upbeat, and personable Customer Service professional to support our growing customer base in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support via phone, chat, and email. Training and Onboarding To ensure your success in this role, we offer a comprehensive two-week paid training program. The first week will take place in our Dallas office, and the second week may be held in Dallas or at our headquarters in Montebello, N.Y. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer support and make a meaningful contribution to our team. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of support required to resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary. Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients and promote customer loyalty. Manage customer expectations, providing timely and accurate updates on issue resolution and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the support they receive. Actively engage customers in online chat contexts, responding to queries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing, as required. Perform additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Active listening skills : The ability to listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and respond appropriately. Results-oriented : A focus on delivering results, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring that issues are addressed efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills : The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role : A proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
