Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms are essential, as well as basic computer skills and experience. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage your time efficiently. Active listening, relaying information, and answering questions and concerns are critical skills for this position.
